TIPS!

To save time in creating a new user and picking the related roles & permissions, if your existing user list already have an user that is with similar job nature as your new user, you can click the button as circled below to “Duplicate” the setting of the current user.

For example, I want to add a new user Betty to Adyen. She is a CS team member. On the current user list I already have Anna from CS team and her account permissions are relevant to her job nature.

In this case, I just need to click the “duplicate” button next to Anna’s row:

Then I will still need to fill in the user info for Betty, but the Roles & Accounts setting are already done for me (that’s the same as Anna’s account).

You can try to find user with similar job nature to just simply duplicate the account setting before you create a new user account. That can help you to save time.
