SFCC 2-Factor Authentication Registration
Step 1: Download the "Salesforce authenticator" apps on your mobile.
Search "salesforce authenticator" on App store (iOS) / Google Play (android) and download it.
Step 2: Open the apps and verify with you mobile number
i. Open you apps on your mobile and you can press skip tour to skip. Then, it will direct you to the page "Enter your mobile number" and simply type in your mobile number to verify.
ii. Then you will receive a sms for the verification. Click on the link and it will redirect you back to the apps.
Step 3: Setup a Passcode
Step up a 4 digits passcode or you may press "set a longer Passcode" if you prefer.
Step 4: Link the account to your mobile apps
i. Login Production and click on "Link with Account Manager Profile"
ii. Then, it will redirect you to the below page. Simply login your account manager account.
(if you don't have a account manager account before, you should receive an email to trigger your account manager account yesterday (31 Aug))
iii. Go back to your mobile to connect Salesforce authenticator with your mobile. Press "Add an account" then a two-word phase is shown.
iv. Continue to register you device on your PC. Type the two-word phase shown on your mobile and click "Connect device".
v. Switch back to your mobile and you will see a the below screen. Click on "Connect" to connect your account to your mobile.
vi. Allow the app to use your location while using the app.
vii. Turn on "Always approve from this location" and click "Approve" on the next step.
viii. You account is successfully linked.
Step 5: Login your account with 2FA code
i. Login with Account Manager.
ii. Login with you account manager login and password
iii. Use one-time Password to Login
iv. Enter the one-time Password on your app
v. Login Successfully
