Customers can merge cards in order to group all the points into the primary card.
Maximum 5 subsidiary cards can be linked to the primary card.
Only primary card can be used to redeem points.
We should get the consent of subsidiary cardholder if request is received from the primary cardholder to link the cards.
To link the card, go to the subsidiary card in Loyalty system, input the primary card number in the column of “Link to Card No.”
The subsidiary card will then show under primary card record.
