How to track shipment

Go to comestri and enter order number/ email on the left hand side

Click “View Courier Tracking”

Copy the ref. no. on the right hand side

Go to courier website https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/ and click “tracking”

Paste the ref. no. and click the “track parcel” button

The tracking history is shown.

Copy the link on top: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking?id=NVSGTRUSG000097005 and send it to customer.
