The Free Shipping Threshold Reminder helps customers understand how much more they need to spend before qualifying for free shipping. The feature automatically displays a progress bar and messaging in the Cart and Mini-Cart when applicable.

6. Business Manager Configuration
<Promotion-based>
Create Shipping Promotion in Business Manager.
MUST-DO:
Promotion class = “Shipping” AND Promotion type = “With Amount of Shipment Qualifying Products”
“Qualifying Produdcts” should be defined (i.e., do not leave it empty) and “Shipping Methods” should be selected
'Alert' flag on Approaching Discount is set to TRUE

Fill in the tooltip text
<Shipping Method-based>
Follow the AS-IS way when you configure the shipping method. However, if you want to enable the reminder bar, you must set freeShippingThresholdShipmentValue and optional on setting tooltip text on shipping method.
7. Important Rules
Promotion configuration takes precedence. (Assumption is shipping promotion will have lower threshold than the shipping method).
Reminder appears only when cart contains items.
Success message replaces threshold message when target is achieved.
Progress bar updates automatically.
